Beta Tester Terms of Service
By accessing the Referral Pro beta portal ("Beta"), you agree to test pre-release software provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. You are responsible for any data you submit during testing.
You agree to (a) use the Beta solely for evaluation and feedback, (b) not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Beta, (c) report bugs and security issues promptly through the in-app feedback form, and (d) comply with all applicable laws.
Referral Pro may suspend or terminate your access at any time. The Beta is provided at no cost; no SLA, uptime, or support guarantees apply. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
"Confidential Information" means all non-public information you receive through the Beta, including software, designs, screens, videos, PDFs, roadmaps, pricing, performance data, and any feedback discussions with Referral Pro or other testers.
You agree to: (1) hold Confidential Information in strict confidence; (2) not disclose, publish, screenshot, screen-record, or share Confidential Information with any third party; (3) not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than evaluating the Beta; (4) protect it with at least the same care you use for your own confidential materials.
Obligations survive for three (3) years after your Beta access ends. Breach may entitle Referral Pro to injunctive relief and damages. All intellectual property in the Beta remains the sole property of Referral Pro.
